Prepress
Your job begins in our prepress department, where our skilled prepress operators ensure that each file is set up correctly for printing and then generate print proofs for our customers. The operators utilize both Mac & PC, support a variety of software, including InDesign and Illustrator and offer direct-to-plate capabilities—eliminating the need for film. Graphic design
KPB has an experienced team of graphic artists to assist with forms development and pre-press set-up. We also work with an extensive network of graphic designers to assist you in artwork development. Let our designers plan, analyze and create visual solutions to your communications problems. Offset
We have a variety of traditional offset presses—giving us the versatility to meet everyone’s individual printing needs cost effectively. Our skilled press operators, with their many years of experience, are dedicated to providing you with the high quality that you expect. Color and black digital
With the capability of incorporating variable data and imaging, inserting, collating and coating, our digital printer is a perfect solution for your custom-run jobs. With our digital printers, we can produce customized, high-impact color documents in record time—all at a great price. Large format
Our large format department provides an additional service to complement our customers’ marketing needs. Our six-color ink jet printers are equipped to utilize UV-resistant inks for outdoor projects and can be printed on a wide variety of media including vinyl, cotton, canvas, adhesive back vinyl and waterproof gloss. Mounting options include gator, foam, coroplast and more. Laminates such as gloss, dry erase and matte can be applied for added UV protection. (back to top)

Finishing - Often, it’s the finishing touches that make your project look more professional, better organized and distinctive. A custom die-cut, unique fold or special coating can really set your piece apart from others. We offer these, and many other, finishing services to enhance the quality of your printed materials—everything from drilling to binding, saddle stitching and folding, collating, perforations and more!

Mailing - Whether you’re in a rush to get a mailing out or just don’t have the time or resources to mail directly from your mail room or office, KPB can mail letters, postcards and direct marketing materials, eliminating transport time between our dock and yours. We offer list conversion, CASS certification, National Change of Address Verification and will make sure your information reaches the right mailbox in the most cost effective way.

Online Ordering/Forms Management - Our innovative online ordering system allows you to place print requests from an online repository of your organization’s print materials without ever leaving your desk. Search, view and submit orders in a matter of minutes.
This system also allows you to order as few or as many items as you need. At KPB, we understand the necessity to control inventories, distribute efficiently and order cost effectively.
